Antonio Segunda Amoes, the Executive Chairman of CSA Group, was instrumental in founding CADAS, which was established in 1997 as the Chamber of Business promoting and introducing South African companies to Angolan buyers.
Through our experience with CADAS, the CSA group has gained unequalled expertise conducting business in the Angolan region, as well as other African countries. The CSA Group was involved in bringing together business people from Angola and South Africa, which provided the company with a broad understanding of business styles and partners in the region.
We have, and always will be focused on the people, and believe in working for the people. In recent years the CSA Group have inter-mediated business deals and contracts between international organizations and Angolan companies.

CSA Properties is the in-house property management company of the CSA Group.
CSA Properties own a substantial portfolio of commercial office parks, commercial warehouses, as well as residential properties in Southern Africa.
The company also handles the management of it’s substantial portfolio of commercial office parks, commercial warehouses, hotels and residential properties in South Africa.
Recently CSA Properties acquired a 5 Star Hotel in Bedfordview, The St. Andrews Hotel and Spa (Pty) Ltd., that employs more than 30 South African Citizens.
CSA properties develops properties, of which the manage and handle the full development process, from land acquisition, to obtaining necessary rights and handling related environmental issues, to feasibility studies, and managing professional teams. This also contributes to further economic growth and employment in South Africa.
Property is the action-packed, beating heart of South Africa.
Our founding values – passion, professionalism and personalized service – continue to guide us as we serve our clients with rental properties, bringing in a large revenue from our property business in South Africa.
The group opened various other subsidiaries in South Africa, thereby further employment to many South Africans.
Through various business ventures, the group has been offering it’s contribution towards the improvement of the South African economy. Currently the CSA Group business portfolio in South Africa is well in excess of R200-Million.
We have been giving our contribution to boosting the South African economy and creating more employment opportunities for South African citizens since 1997.
The group employs well over 50 South Africans nationals.
